Cardio Tennis is an on-court fitness program involving high intensity/ high volume hitting. A certified teaching professional will feed balls and motivate you through a series of drills designed to keep your heart rate elevated and your feet moving. This is a great chance to hit a lot of balls and great a great cardio work-out all in one.
Recommended for players at 2.5 playing level or higher.
