Fitness Camp
Jump-start your summer fitness routine with our Fitness Camp program!
Are you excited to get into shape (or stay that way) this summer but dreading the idea of being stuck inside a stuffy gym when you’d rather be outdoors enjoying the fresh air and sunshine? If so, then we have just the program for you!
We’ve taken some of the most popular training techniques out there and incorporated them into our classes that will increase muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. And best of all, participation does not require an expensive club membership or long-term commitment to a program.
Classes are suitable for participants of all ages (18+) and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes and we are happy to modify any exercise to work around existing injuries and limitations so that all participants get a safe, effective and fun workout.
Fitness Schedule
Fitness Camps — Starting June 18th!
Classes are held at 9am and are 1 hour long
June & August: Monday & Wednesday (2 days/week)
July: Monday – Thursday (4 days/week)
As a SPECIAL BONUS to parents with kids enrolled in our Multi-Sport Summer Camp program this summer we are offering parents the opportunity to participate in our Fitness Camp classes for FREE the week that your child is enrolled in camp! Class Passes:
With our convenient Class Pass option you can decide which classes you would like to attend throughout the summer season. Come to as many or as few as you would like. There is a Class Pass to fit everyone’s needs!
10 Class Pass — $139
15 Class Pass — $169
Unlimited Pass — $199 (Most economical option — this entitles you to attend as many classes as you would like all Summer long!)
Drop-in Rate — $15/class
