Fitness Overview
We are pleased to introduce our new fitness program at Joshua Creek!
We offer two types of classes:
Cardio Tennis – A fitness program involving high intensity/ high volume hitting drills. A certified teaching professional will feed balls and motivate you through a series of drills designed to keep your heart rate elevated and your feet moving. This is a great chance to hit a lot of balls and great a great cardio work-out all in one! Click for more information.
‘TRX Training’ - This class provides a full-body workout that is designed to improve your both general fitness level and tennis specific fitness needs. Each class involves strength training (using our TRX system), cardio exercises, functional training, flexibility as well as exercises and drills designed to improve agility, speed and power.
This class is a perfect compliment to your current tennis regime or great as a stand-alone fitness activity! Click for more information.
