Tennis Director

Steve is a TPA Certified Club Professional 1 with 7 years of coaching experience. Steve has a specialty in Progressive Tennis and enjoys working with kids & adults. Steve has had a very successful working relationship at Joshua Creek which has quickly taken him to the role of Tennis Director. He will help coordinate the staff and programs and make sure that all of our participants have the best tennis experience possible.

Damaris Aguilera

Damaris is a certified Tennis Canada Coach 1 and Club Professional 1. She is also a certified Progressive / Kids Tennis coach and has been a valued staff member  at Joshua Creek for 7 years. Damaris is currently the Lead Professional for the Junior Stars Program/ Summer Academy Program and is passionate about teaching and working with players of all levels and ages.

Gloria Liang

Gloria started her tennis career at Joshua Creek years ago and went on to become a professionally ranked player! We are excited to announce that Gloria has chosen to come back to Joshua Creek as a teaching professional. Her primary role will to be to work with our high performance juniors but we look forward to having Gloria play a major role at the Club and to become involved with all our teaching programs.

Nina Fetahagic

Nina is a Certified Pro with Tennis Canada and has been playing tennis for 20 years. After a successful junior career in Yugoslavia, she has trained at the IMG academy (Nick Bollettieri ) in Florida. She is passionate about helping others improve their game. To complement her tennis coaching, Nina also recently obtained her TRX Fitness Certification.

Paul Bray

Seth Kovnats

Seth is a new recruit at Joshua Creek. He joined us part way through our indoor season and has been an awesome addition, popular with all of his students so far. Seth has spent his time teaching tennis over the last 14+ years to children as well as adults that have a passion for tennis and further expanding their knowledge and skills of the sport. He has spent some time training at the Saddlebrook tennis school in Florida. Seth has also been an assistant coach for the Sterling Hall School tennis team as well as chaperoned the team to Florida for a week of tennis training. Seth has his Club Pro Certification through Tennis Canada as well as his Wheelchair tennis certification. If he is not on the tennis court, you can find him on the links.

Ysabel Nunez

Ysabel earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Health Science at the University of South Dakota, where she received an athletic scholarship and competed as a NCAA Division I collegiate tennis athlete.
Ysabel is a certified Tennis Canada instructor. She is passionate about the game and enjoys teaching competitive and progressive adult and junior tennis programs.

Robin Lansiquot

Natasha Irani

Natasha is one of Canada’s top junior players and has been helping us out at Joshua Creek during the indoor season. With a busy training and playing schedule she is only available part time but we are lucky to have Natasha with us this summer for the Saturday morning programs and plan to have her as a regular member of the Joshua Creek team going forward.
