TRX Suspension Training

‘TRX Suspension Training provides a full-body workout that is designed to improve your both general fitness level and tennis specific fitness needs. Each class involves strength training (using our TRX system), cardio exercises, functional training, flexibility as well as exercises and drills designed to improve agility, speed and power.

This class is a perfect compliment to your current tennis regime or great as a stand-alone fitness activity!
